VIP Tone helps educators create world-class school environments with one integrated solution for their learning, communication and collaboration needs.

Founded by Robert Iskander in April 2000, VIP Tone, Inc. is a privately held Delaware Corporation headquartered in Alameda, California, with an Australian subsidiary, VIP Tone Australia, PTY, Ltd., based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Our products and services are delivered to K-12 educational organizations through customized educational portals that integrate K-12 education specific content and software application channels, delivered securely over the web as hosted and managed services.

Our product set consists of VIP PBXTM, a school telephony communication and messaging system that uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology; School MATRIX®, an education resource planning (ERP) solution that integrates administration, learning and reporting systems into one online school management solution; and EduTone™, a pre-integrated K-20 educational software and content services delivery infrastructure that features an enterprise portal with ID management and automated provisioning technology.

Our global customer community includes a large presence in the Australian and US education markets. We serve over 3,600,000 students and over 100,000 teachers in over 7,000 schools around the world.

VIP Tone's strategic technology partners include IBM, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, 3COM, Alcatel Lucent and Palm Computing.

VIP Tone has developed the EduTone™ Xchange Partner Program to attract K-12 solution partners to the delivery of its products and services across the world.
